About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to represent the life science and medicine portfolio across China, Mongolia, and South Korea. This customer-facing role is crucial in driving business development, regional product management, and providing subject and product expertise support to ensure sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate GTM and ensure successful product adoption and lifecycle management.

Role Responsibilities
Commercial Development:

• Work with commercial teams by providing necessary technical knowledge and support, such as product demo, prospect identification, solution proposal, training, usage report, user technical support, etc.
• Implement and coordinate all necessary product training (webinars or in-person) for customers, and the internal sales and marketing teams; promote products in conferences and events.
• Communicate all product upgrades, feature changes and content updates to stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Leverage your scientific expertise to engage with end users, driving awareness and interest in products both at scale and within targeted focus groups. Proactively connect with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to gather feedback and cultivate enthusiasm for our offerings
• Manage existing licensee customers, analyze usage and provide recommendations for renewal and upsell
• Represent other products and solutions as line manager pointed

Product Strategy:

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends in the area
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, aligning with current and future market needs
• Develop and validate value proposition and use cases to facilitate commercial offering; identify new market segments

Product Development:

• Build and maintain a localized roadmap for new business models and product innovation
• Participate in product localization and development
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, evaluation, and iteration

Role Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, medicine or a closely related field; hands-on research experience in either wet or dry lab settings is essential
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey product value clearly
• Experience in product management or a related role, with familiarity in market research, go-to-market (GTM) strategy development, and product management principles and methodologies, with a track record of delivering results
• Self-driven and business-oriented; prior experience with revenue responsibility or sales is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English
