About the Role

This role is to define differentiation, specs, UX; own end-to-end execution with teams to meet goals. Align marketing, finance, regions for launch, track trends, refine via feedback, and boost competitiveness post-launch.

What You Will Do

• Drive leadership by defining meaningful product differentiation, use case and user benefit for Home Audio products
• Be responsible for detail product and use case definition (including Product specification, design, feature set, UI, user experience, embedded services and accessories)
• Work together with project team for product execution during development phase and ensure that the product meets its commercial requirement, required timeline and cost.
• Propose and drive improvements to enhance product competitiveness based on benchmark, market feedback and competitive environment.
• Work together with marketing and packaging team on Marcom assets including Market Communication document, Pack, POS, Product and lifestyle images, leaflet, video, product presentation,,… etc) to meet market launch requirement.
• Work together with Finance team on business case for Management approval
• Provide support to countries in product marketing activities and launch event
• Closely monitor market trend and provide/update competitive analysis for both commercial and functional benchmark
• Collect market and consumer feedback and drive continuous product improvement after launch
• Support on global sales meeting and exhibition

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or other Marketing-related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of International marketing communications experience
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
• Experience in product management and marketing.
• Strong Technical competence to influence and maximize product architecture decisions.

• You can obtain a government security clearance; You are eligible to work in China.
