Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive field sales and business development activities, engaging potential clients and partners.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with health check providers, insurance companies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders in the women's health sector.
  • Lead and execute market entry and product launch strategies for newly introduced women's health products and services.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market coverage.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and operations to provide comprehensive support during product launches and ongoing sales.
  • Track sales performance, monitor industry trends, and provide regular competitive intelligence and reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in sales/business development engaging with health check or insurance companies.
  • Proven experience launching new products in the women's health or healthcare field.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
