We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Country Manager
to join our global legal team and lead enforcement efforts
in China.

You'll work closely with global legal and business teams, directly protecting the rights of some of the world's most recognized brands.

This is a role with complete ownership for driving our expansion in China.

We already have experience in this market and understand the growth potential, your mission is to capitalize on it. The position is a hybrid of IP expertise and management: you must have a deep understanding of IP specifics in China, but your primary focus will be building a high-performing partner network and, in the future, an in-house team.

What you will do:

  • Complete the company's legal entity registration in China;
  • Build and manage relationships with our current partner law firms;
  • Drive clear task delegation and maintain stringent quality control over partners' output and progress;
  • Finding and onboarding new partners;
  • Develop operational standards for the partner network to maximize profit and meet client expectations;
  • Establish working relationships with local law enforcement agencies, courts, and service providers;
  • Develop and test new strategies/models for IP rights protection in the Chinese market;
  • (In the future) Build a local in-house team for the project;
  • Ensure the legality of all activities and provide accurate reporting to the government and the head office.

What we expect from you:

  • Degree in Law;
  • Project management experience 2-3 years;
  • 1 year of hands-on IP (in-house or law firm) or 2-3 years of IP consulting experience;
  • Proven track record in IP enforcement, civil litigation, or anti-counterfeiting cases;
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a global team;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English B2;
