As Manufacturing Test Engineer for Sustaining, you will be responsible for developing and deploying manufacturing test processes, tools and procedures for mass production. You will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing test processes are repeatable and controlled in the sustaining phase, deploying and validating test processes across multiple sites and contract manufacturers. You will work in a cross functional environment, collaborating closely with Hardware, Operations and Business teams integrating with various teams across hardware, software and operations to enable manufacturing tests that meet product specification.

Responsibilities
Responsible for manufacturing test solution development and deployment for mass production Lead CM/Supplier for test solution setup, qualification and maintenance and ensure its scalability and sustainability Enable new CM/supplier manufacturing test capability by providing coaching, guidance Interface directly with the Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Vendor teams to assist in the development of test procedures, including First Article, Reliability, Environmental, Production and Final Acceptance Testing Up to 50% travel, includes domestic and International

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field of computer/electrical engineering, industrial design, or manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, test station design, test development, maintenance and / or automation equipment Minimum 5+ years of experience in consumer electronic product development & volume manufacturing Demonstrated technical skills and experience for manufacturing test development and deployment, including a detailed understanding of hardware and software architecture and manufacturing test dependencies Proven technical leadership and/or overall program management to lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of test solutions in manufacturing production. Provide support on technically complex testing methods, procedures and failure analysis Experience working with contract manufacturers, remotely and in-person to implement test solutions. Provide direction and guidance to third party vendors/automation suppliers and/or CM's, serve as a technical resource and project leader Utilize statistical tools (such as GR&R, SPC and Cp/pCk) to ensure processes/fixtures are scalable and are continuing to perform properly once qualified Proven interpersonal and communication skills both Mandarin and English Experienced in bringing up a new CM in new country Experience in camera/sensor calibration test solution Experience in supporting a product from concept to repeat manufacturing to end of life Proven SW coding capability and experience in tester fixture DFM design Engineering build leadership, ownership for factory calibration/test strategy and bring-up interfacing with factory teams worldwide
