该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with equipment R&D team to review and finalize the automation design.
  • Process routing and layout design of production.
  • Assembly fixture or tooling design.
  • Production issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Continuously improve the productivity and efficiency.
  • Compile process related documents(e.g. Process Flow diagram, PFMEA, WI, etc.)
  • Other tasks assigned by the department head. Requirement:
  • Above 5 years' experience on automotive industry.
  • Fluent spoken English.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD or any 3D modelling software.
  • Familiar with PPAP/APQP.
  • Familiarity with laser welding, automation, FPC or CCS industry is preferred.
  • Excellent Knowledge of problem solving and quality improvement (8D, 5why, fishbone, etc.).
