Job Summary:

Responsible for executing validation activities for e-cooling compressor including testing in real applications. Assists in developing test plans, testing and completing test reports to ensure reliable product delivery for automotive and stationary cooling applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing validation plans and test specifications for e-cooling compressors.
  • Participate in test bench setup, test execution, data recording, and analysis.
  • Support the development team in basic issue analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Support field testing including test plan preparation, test setup by customers and data evaluation.
  • Organize test reports and documentation and assist in preparing customer deliverables.
  • Conduct daily technical communication with internal and external teams under guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Thermodynamics or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in testing/validation, preferably in e-cooling systems or thermal management with focus on refrigeration compressors
  • Familiarity with automotive and stationary electronic testing standards (e.g., ISO is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and learning agility.
  • Basic English communication skills with the ability to read technical documents in English.
