Description

Responsibilities:

· Welcome visitors and be the first line contact for all incoming phone calls directing them as required.

· Ensuring the daily maintenance of meeting rooms and office-based technology

· Mail & Courier management

· Building/Vendor Management & coordinate overall office management and maintain staff recreational areas

· Coordinating meetings/training sessions

· Assist with co-ordination of business-related travel

· Provide administrative support to the Executive team as required.

· Providing administrative services to the Shared Service teams as required.

· General maintenance of all office areas.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus. 

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. Understands the importance of building a friendly and welcoming

work environment. 

Strong interpersonal skills and could build trust and respect with stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office – intermediate level and ability to learn & use

new technology systems quickly. Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
