About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies , conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM (Large Language Model). This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and algorithms.

• Design and implement advanced data analysis, and produce actionable insights to improve business operations and strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions to address them.

• Develop scalable and efficient data-driven solutions and products.

• Communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

• Stay updated with state-of-the-art data science techniques and methodologies, and integrate them into the team's work.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of statistical models and data architectures.

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in [industry or specific area relevant to the role] is a plus.
