Job Description
Renmin Business School, (RMBS) ) is one of the top business schools in China, accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. RMBS has seven academic departments: Department of Accounting, Department of Finance, Department of General Management, Department of Management Science and Engineering, Department of Marketing, Department of Organization and Human Resources, and Department of Trade Economics.

The school invites applications for multiple full-time faculty positions. All ranks (assistant/associate/full professor) will be considered. Applicants shall have obtained (or expect to obtain) a doctorate degree with research and teaching interests in one of the following areas:
Accounting, Auditing, AIS, Corporate Finance, FinTech, Asset Pricing, Quantitative Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, AI in Marketing, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, Corporate Social Responsibility, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Supply Chain Management, Operation Management, Information Management, Digital Platform, Antitrust and IO Retailing, Wholesale and Consumption Economics, International Economics and International Business, and related fields
. Applicants for assistant professor positions should have the capability to conduct research aimed at top-tier journals, and more senior applicants should have a proven record of distinguished scholarship and teaching effectiveness.
