该职位来源于猎聘 岗位描述Position Summary This is an office-based medical role with the aim of providing a high quality, accurate and timely scientific advice to Chiesi's internal functions regarding the company's products and the associated disease areas. 主要工作职责 Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Medical affairs function
  • Owner of medical knowledge, material and advice to relevant business area.
  • Develop and maintain peer to peer communication with KOLs relevant to the product portfolio.
  • Analyze scientific & clinical care gap, develop and execute medical affairs plan within the therapy area(s).
  • Owner of national Advisory board and its plan/execution, collaboration with the regional medical team (Medical Scientific Liaisons) for a plan and execution regional advisory boards
  • Work closely and provide medical and scientific advice within solid related fields of interest, principally to regulatory, marketing & sales departments, business Intelligence, market access and other departments.
  • Provide technical/scientific consultation to both the medical and the commercial team to ensure accuracy and compliance with the local code of conducts.
  • Review relevant promotional materials within special therapeutic area delivery out of company in local from medical compliance view.
  • Owner of medical training relevant to product portfolio in country
  • Local clinical trial/study or Medical Project role
  • Evaluate proposals from investigators for company product in the relevant therapeutic area.
  • Provide supports in the development of study strategy, application, for local product clinical development
  • Provide relevant study documents, communication when it is needed.
  • Participate the development of local clinical trial, its protocol, if needed
  • Support BU
  • Project medical/disease/product knowledge input to brand team within Business Unit
  • Follow the guidance of BU Medical Leader for cross-product activities such as portfolio analysis or cross-product / cross-indication initiatives or strategic sharing 任职资格和要求 Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' working experience, working experience in hospital preferred
  • At least one-year central medical working experience at pharmaceutical companies
  • Clinical Medicine master's degree or above
  • Good skill of communication
  • Ability to read, analyze professional information and write professional reports
  • Good command of spoken and written English
