The Opportunity:Through and in depth knowledge of the entire management processes and systems, as well as a very good understanding of customers and markets, supports the business for a defined portfolio of customers. The CS officer is responsible for all order management activities, including quotes, order entry, order management, inventory management and invoicing, with the goal to help generate orders and revenues, based on current policies, procedures and guidelines. The CS officer will work closely with Accounts Managers, purchasing and Logistic Centers to communicate and deliver information. The CS officer will work with other departments, like Finance, Marketing, in order to provide high quality services to customers.

REPORT TO: Head of Commercial Excellence & Business Operations

LOCATION: Shanghai

THE OPPORTUNITY:  Provide operational support to sales and marketing management on daily basis. Promote commercial excellence through metrics management, analyses of sales results and pipelines, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching. Perform detailed analysis of data and mining for insights and employs modeling techniques that offer actionable marketing benefits informing the organization's or commercial strategy. Develop new analytical methodologies and influence the design of technologies supporting future analytical capabilities. Typically use existing data platform and tools (ERP/CRM/BI systems, relational or SQL databases, data analysis, and visualization software) to perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in business administration (finance, economics, accounting) will be preferred.
  • At least 6 years working experience in business and sales operation or other related data management experience, business analyst background is preferred.
  • Good command of data analysis and ERP/BI/CRM tools, especially SAP、QlikView and PBI
  • Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound trouble shooting skills
  • Outgoing, confident, patient personality and customer-oriented attitude
  • Team player, high ethical standard, and desire for a long-term career in sales
  • Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Design performance frameworks and deploy advanced analytics to provide data-driven commercial performance management.
  • Design and maintain a centralized performance management report system with private data permission limitation.
  • Transform raw data from ERP/CRM/BI systems into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy and decisions.
  • Define & track KPIs including market segment, region, account, and product line and provide cadence report to commercial team per request.
  • Design and execute channer partner onboarding process under SOP, performance evaluation, inventory audit scheme.
  • Architect discount matrix approval framework and quote template with excel macro techniques.
