该职位来源于猎聘 你的主要工作职责 Responsibilities: 协助数字创新团队从事如下工作: Assist the Digital and Innovation team in the following tasks: 1. 运营管理系统配置录入; Operation management system configuration entry. 2. 会议预约、安排和记录; Meeting Reservation, arrangement and recording. 3.

资料的归档和整理; Summarize and organize data. 4.协助产品功能验收; Assist product function acceptance. 5. 调研拓展内容; Research and expand the content. 6.报销单,请购单申请及处理. Reimbursement form, purchase requisition application and processing.

寻找什么样的实习生? Who we're looking for? 1.

本科大三、大四学生。 Full-time undergraduate juniors and seniors. 2.

思维敏捷,良好的表达能力。较强的逻辑思考能力。(例如:判断某个功能是否合理) Quick thinking and good expression skills. Strong logical thinking ability. (For example: judging whether a function is reasonable) 3.

熟练运用办公工具:Word,PPT,Excel,思维导图等。 Skilled use of office tools: word, PPT, Excel, mind map, etc. 4. 可以看懂简易的思维导图以及原型图。 Can understand simple mind maps and prototype diagrams. 5. 对酒店行业,旅游业抱有兴趣。 Interested in hotel and tourism industry. 6.

对新知识有快速学习能力。 Ability to learn new knowledge quickly. 7.

英语水平良好,能翻译项目常用词汇用语。 Good English proficiency, able to translate common vocabulary words in the project. 8. 能够实习至少5个月时间,每周实习4个工作日和以上。 Internship can last for at least 5 months, 4 working days or more per week.
