Solution Advisor
Responsible for AI and data related sales presentations and product demonstrations pre-sales and/or post-sales. Delivers, helps develop, and maintains customer scenario-based product demonstrations and materials to secure business and increase revenue and consumption/adoption. Understands business and industry; helps customers realize return on investment and drives knowledge into sales force.

Accountability
- responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility, ,ensuring business critical & innovative results – especially AI related
- internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters
- works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions
- collaborates in devising long-term concepts
- may include team lead or supervisory responsibilities
Complexity
- contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects)
- works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
- provides regular project status and updates
- decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy
- enhance complex systems & processes
Experience
- AI related experience, especially hands on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, data harmonization projects.
- advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
- individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations
- typically several years experience with increasing amount of responsibility
Communication
- builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
- contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation
- communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
- communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers

Role Purpose
To drive customer success and revenue growth by aligning SAP solutions with customer needs, fostering early engagement, and delivering impactful experiences that maximize customer value and ensure high renewal rates.

Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positionsDevelop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journeyCollaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trustEnsure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer valueContinuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.
