该职位来源于猎聘 As a Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve complex business challenges. You'll collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and clients to translate requirements into scalable data products, from concept to production. This role is ideal for someone passionate about statistical modelling, machine learning, and deriving actionable insights from large datasets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust data models and conduct feature engineering to improve model performance
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
  • Collaborate with data engineers to build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques
  • Deploy models into production environments in collaboration with ML engineers and DevOps teams
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and reports
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI/ML and apply best practices in model interpretability, fairness, and MLOps Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, statsmodels)
  • Experience with data modelling, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
