The Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior or Staff level Infra Software Engineer. As part of a small, fast-moving engineering team, you'll take end-to-end ownership of critical projects and be hands-on in making things work—whether that means diving deep into architecture, iterating quickly on features, or jumping in to unblock teammates. As a senior engineer, you'll lead key frontend decisions, champion best practices, and help raise the bar on code quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services with a focus on infrastructure components

• Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements in our backend stack

• Collaborate with developers to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.

• Establish self as an owner of a particular component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding.

• Successfully completes projects at large scope while maintaining a consistently high level of productivity

• Lead technical decisions and set best practices for backend development.

Qualifications:

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science

• 8+ years experience of building highly scalable and reliable infrastructure

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Your Location:

• Remote - Anywhere in China

Compensation:

• Salary range: 650k - 800k RMB annually

• Equity grants will also be provided as part of the total compensation package
