Brief description of the position: 

This function mainly responsible for the HR digitalization strategy realization i.e. HR Operation processes digitalization and enhancement. It provides HR digitalization service to the region entities, acts as the HR product owner managing the product portfolio with a strong focus on state of art solution and improvement of customer experience both to HR & Employee.

Key Tasks:

  1. With deep understanding of the HR Core processes to propose HRIT product road-map to ensure sustainable and efficient HR operations (short, mid, long-term)
  2. Based on HR product road-map, create the product PI planning for the region. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the PI planning on timely manner to ensure its effectiveness.
  3. Act as HR product owner take E2E responsibilities: analyze / finalize business or product requirements, project set-up & steering, time to market and stakeholder's confirmation.
  4. Work with ITPO & DevOps to jointly define each of the HR digital product's feature enhancement catalogue, link the deployment sprint aligned with HR business rational.
  5. Responsible for HRIT systems daily operation fulfill the SLA in regards to business/ product requirement or process alignment, CR mgmt., permission mgmt., system performance monitoring and training.
  6. Work closely with HR Compliance, data protection office and information security to ensure and update the HRIT compliance in both project and operations.
  7. Bring regular product updates to all kinds HR digitalization meetings: HR Digitalization steering committee, Group HR digital community, project sponsor meeting and HRIT regional conferences.
  8. Ensure the effectiveness & completeness of all HRIT related documents include: processes flow, operational guideline, user manual, authorization matrix, change request tracking.
  9. Support on all HRIT related internal/external audit, ensure the fulfillment of requested audit documents
  10. Continuously enhance the framework for HRIT requirements mgmt. and project governance, ensuring effective implementation of initiatives and the delivery of high-quality outcomes with timely execution.

Qualification and skills required for the position: 

Education: Bachelor and above degree, preferred major in Computer Science, HR or Business Management 

Working experience: At least 5 years in related HR system implementation/HRIT/HRIS roles in global consulting or in-house companies as an expert level 

Knowledge, skills and others:

  • Good knowledge of mainstream HR System mechanism, E.g. SAP HCM, Success Factors
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced Data Analytics, familiar with ETL/BI tools, SQL and etc.
  • Expertise in Data Management & Process Digitalization. Detail oriented and able to deal with large amounts of data
  • A solid understanding of HR processes to as a bridge between HR and IT with strong Communication skills and Training skills .
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests with prioritizing
  • Able to be well manage user expectation and change requests
