Role & Responsibility岗位职责:(列出本职位的主要核心职责,并将用于评价该工作的绩效)

  1. 确保各工艺环节(冲压、焊接等)的产能与交期匹配‌
  2. 优化生产流程,提升激光切割、折弯等关键工序的效率
  3. 解决生产过程中技术问题的处理‌(如折弯回弹、焊接变形等),提供技术指导并推动预防措施‌
  4. 提升钣金加工精度与生产效率‌
  5. ‌及时落实公司各项决议,积极配合上级定时完成各项任务指标
  6. 负责部门调试岗位技能的培训和考核

Qualification任职资格:(列出岗位所需的知识、技能或能力)

1.大专及以上学历,英语口语佳,从事机械行业5年以上

2.熟悉钣金件冲压、焊接、喷涂、激光切割、折弯等工艺,了解静电喷涂、电泳流水线生产工艺。

3.具有优秀的沟通能力,团队合作意识,品质意识

4.具有成本控制和提升改善识,
