Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Executive is of product category portfolio management as well as digital GTM deployment to achieve total category business sell-in/sellout target by activating consumer with product news, events, and integrated marketing support.

Your main focus :

Market Understanding and analysis

  • Market understanding and analysis including prestige, niche & ultra-premium collections in a data acumen way
  • Monitoring competitors launches, activities, results
  • To understand prestige fragrance consumer need and shopping triggers regarding assortment oppos, communication, merchandising and service touchpoints

Product Marketing & Retail Management

  • To develop localized marketing calendar based on global innovation plan and local KCPs.
  • Agile operate assortment lifecycle regarding registration, POSM local production, support forecast and demand planning as well as allocation
  • Work closely with multi-channel stakeholders, esp. DTC investing channels and Sephora to ensure GTM activations are executed according to strategy and ensure operational excellency being implemented, in terms of timeline, follow-ups & tracking.
  • To monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from retail marketing on KPI (sellin& sellout, etc.)

Digital GTM Deployment

  • Support to design and execute full year marketing activations, esp. on Red paid social and institutional media to facilitate a continuous growing consumer demand
  • Engage in global and local creations
  • Work closely with corporate CMI, consumer engagement and data team for great investment model design, valuable KPI setting and disruptive digital innovations

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • 2+ years experience in Marketing, native prestige fragrance & ultra-premium luxury collection will be a credit. With excellent track record in innovation rollouts and flawless launch management, S&OP.
  • Strong communication, and good at coordinating and mobilizing the internal and external resources.
  • Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
  • Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
