EHS Engineer

• Identify H&S related regulation, and develop relative procedure based on local regulations and corporate standards, drive the procedure compliance;
• Take as site EHS procedure &SOP element owner, lead site EHS procedure &SOP fully meet the requirements, continuous improve the SOP digitization system;
• Take as site permit to work element owner(include contractor management), drive SWP & contractor overall management, including procedure compliance, qualification review, contractor training, certification, contractor database management, field inspection with follow up, and contractor annual performance review etc.
• Drive risk assessment based on regulation requirement and corporate SRA guideline, push site safety control plan in place;
• Participate/drive site emergency response and track emergency response drills/records, and periodical track/verify/participate related Tire II(专项应急预案) and Tire III field emergency treatment actions(现场处置方案);
• Conduct daily routine inspection for site, raise field risk exposure and follow the finding/gap closure;
• Stop unsafe behavior, non-compliance operations, not meet procedure compliance requirement behavior/conditions, provide reasonable recommendations;
• Implement and maintain H&S management system, programs and tools in line with regulatory requirement and company Global MS standards to keep safe and stable operations.
• Identify significant opportunities for safety improvement, implementing permanent corrective action as final step to problem solving.
• Support site ISO 14001 system stable running.
• Support site air program and facilitate air monitoring/report and update into province pollutant discharging permit.
• Handle EHS operational approvals for construction project and plant operation to ensure EHS compliance.
• Conduct Self-assessment and EHS Audits.
