About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Bio-Tech MNCs with leading technology in the worldwide. Now they are on the hunt for a Global Senior Patent Counsel due to growing business.

Job Description

  • Developed IP policies and strategies.
  • Provided IP advice and support to R&D which included working with project teams to develop patent strategy, filing patent applications and managing patent portfolios, working with business development team on licensing and collaboration agreements, performing IP due diligence on proposed transactions.
  • Provided IP advice and support to various commercial functions including marketing, regulatory, pricing/bidding, government affairs and business development.
  • Managed external counsel on IP matters including patent disputes in China.
  • Advised global functions on IP issues at home and abroad.
  • Provided IP training to internal clients and external collaborators.
