• 公用设施及设备日常维护,点巡检维修及预防性保养工作
• 制定设备维修计划、作业安全分析计划,管理施工作业及现场监护职责
• 参加EHS培训,确保安全政策的贯彻及执行
• 维修设备运行数据、故障记录的收集和整理,跟踪设备运行状态以优化设备持续改进
• 协助管理辅助设备及环保等设备,完成日常维保和故障报备工作
• 参与制定并保证所属产线的备件库存满足生产要求及型号正确率
• 执行日常生产工作中环境、健康、安全的要求,能胜任正常加班/翻班的要求
• 指定区域的5S及相关的工作
• 参与所属区域的特种设备安全及合规
• 所属区域的能源节能及管理
• 其他主管指派的工作任务
• 所属区域的TPM推进。
