Join us as Finance Business Partner for Production in APAC regions

Welcome to a role where business finance meets biological innovation. Be the finance responsible and drive P/L value creation together with the Vice President for Production in the APAC region and the APAC leadership team, and this role will cover the exciting and highly diverse region of Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and Oceania regions.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Acting as co-pilot and sparring partner to the Vice President for Production in APAC
• Execute and drive annual wheel processes, financial planning and analysis for respective areas
• Ensure financial insight will be translated into strategic choices in line with the regional strategic direction
• Budget, Forecast, Actuals controlling of Production Cost and workforce
• Monitor and analyze variances vs production standards via plant performance statements.
• Prepare and review ad-hoc analysis and business cases
• Validate and signoff CAPEX Business case and follow through after implementation across area
• Copilot Continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Decouple cost from Growth) across areas
• Driving the annual financial wheel processes as monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews and yearly budgets
• Engaging in performance dialogues with the organization and action gaps to targets
• Being an active member of the regional leadership team as well as the global business finance team.

To succeed you must hold:

• Master's/MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar
• 8+ years of relevant business finance experience
• Solid finance foundation with strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Ability to manage uncertainty with a robust personality that enjoys being part of a global team
• Self-driven, easy-going approach and courage to challenge the business
