The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our innovative team working on our transformative AI platform. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in exploring, developing, and applying AI-driven testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and output excellence of our AI products. You will work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and product teams to design and implement AI-powered testing strategies, automate testing processes, and validate AI functionalities and outputs to meet high standards of quality.

What you'll do:

• AI Testing Solution Development and Exploration:

  Explore and develop AI-based solutions to automate and enhance testing activities, including test case creation, test script generation, system risk analysis, testing focus evaluation, and output quality assessment.
  Design and implement AI-driven tools for generating test data, evaluating output quality, validating AI outputs, and assessing system robustness and performance.
  Collaborate with technical teams to define innovative testing methodologies leveraging AI capabilities, aligning with product objectives.

• AI Product Testing and Validation:

  Conduct comprehensive testing of AI products, including functional testing, output quality evaluation, performance benchmarking, and stress testing.
  Validate AI outputs for correctness, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with user requirements and quality standards.
  Measure and analyze output quality metrics and system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working with the team to facilitate timely resolution.

• Automation and Continuous Testing:

  Automate testing workflows to enable continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  Develop scripts and tools for regression testing, data validation, output quality analysis, and performance benchmarking.
  Maintain and improve testing environments, datasets, and test data management.

• Monitoring and Reporting:

  Monitor testing results, analyze data to identify trends, output quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  Generate detailed test reports and dashboards to communicate quality status, output evaluations, and system performance to stakeholders.
  Collaborate on root cause analysis and recommend improvements for AI model accuracy, output quality, and system robustness.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development/ test automation, with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in testing AI, machine learning, or software products, with a focus on output quality and performance evaluation.
• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) for developing automated tests and AI-based testing tools.
• Experience in exploring and developing AI solutions for test case generation, output quality assessment, test script automation, risk analysis, and data creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model validation, performance benchmarking, and data quality assessment.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and prompt engineering concepts is a MUST.
• AI application development experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools for evaluating test results and output quality (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to document testing processes, output quality metrics, and report findings clearly.
