About the Business

Our Business Tax practice delivers comprehensive and innovative tax services to clients using a collaborative and practical approach.  We help businesses meet their tax and statutory responsibilities while identifying planning opportunities and mitigating unwarranted risks.  We also utilize technology to help manage the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' tax operations and turn compliance data into insights that deliver real business value and strategic advantage to client organizations. 

Work you'll do
  • 从风险、质量管理角度协助处理内部合规事务,细化、落实部门的各项管理要求。
  • 运用专业知识和背景协助业务团队分析、梳理业务相关法律文件,协助业务团队把握相关风险、完善风险管理措施;
  • 审阅服务协议/采购协议/廉洁协议/保密协议/数据处理协议/供应链管理文件等向客户提供服务所需签署的业务约定书和配套协议。为合同争议的解决提供法律支持,并与外部律师和内部利益相关者协调,以获得务实、经济有效的解决方案。
  • 与其他各相关部门协作开展上述工作。
  • 法律法规、政策梳理和解读。

We are looking for someone with

教育背景:

  • 法学本科学历以上,通过国家法律职业资格考试并取得A证;

工作经验:

  • 具有6年以上律师事务所/甲方法务工作经验,具有收并购/私募基金/信托/诉讼等一项或多项项目经验优先。

其他要求:

  • 较好的英语读写能力,英文可作为工作语言(具有CET-6证书或者同等程度的英语水平:雅思6.5分,托福90分以上)。
  • 具备非常强的团队合作意识,耐心细致,工作态度专业、严谨。能在多元文化环境中快速融入公司内部。
  • 具备较强的沟通能力,情绪稳定,心态积极,能够相对独立应对突发情况,及时响应业务需求和临时性事务。
