The Role

  • Collaborate with R&D engineers and product manager to complete the writing of technical documents and daily updates and maintenance in accordance with development standards.
  • Responsible for integrating and analyzing the user experience and feedback of various channels on user documents, developing content improvement suggestions, tracking progress and improvement effects, and continuously ensuring continuous improvement of user experience
  • Standardize document management for R&D projects and customer projects, including drawing archiving, change notification and version management, material maintenance, etc.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to provide project document writing according to customer requirements
  • Participate in the development of document systems, including processes, standards, tools, quality, and other dimensions, and effectively implement
  • Participate in the standardization and normalization of auxiliary project documents
  • Act as interface to utilize/manage internal& external resources regarding documentation

What we expect of you?
Education & Experience

  • College, bachelor's degree or above, engineering background is a plus
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in related business
  • Familiar with document writing and management
  • Familiar with customer project management in manufacturing industry

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in using image processing and layout tools such as Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in using XML structured writing tools
  • Proficient in using product lifecycle management tools such as PLM systems
  • Familiar with engineering is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and good organization skills
  • Fluent (spoken & written) in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
