工作职责
1、协助公司股东会、董事会相关工作的运作协调,保障公司三会事务的规范性; 2、协助公司信息披露体系建设,衔接公司员工持股计划治理与上市公司信息披露内部控制体系,负责相关重大信息的流转传递并提供专业支持; 3、跟进上市公司相关法律法规、部门规章、规范性文件更新情况,梳理关注最新监管案例动态,根据公司业务需求梳理境内外上市公司实务操作及信息披露案例; 4、协助与证券监管机构、证券交易所、中登公司进行日常业务对接; 5、根据公司战略,协助开展未来可能的非公开发行股份、发行股份购买资产、股权激励等资本运作项目; 6、协助推进上市公司相关管理制度流程建设,持续规范公司治理结构。

任职资格
1、三年以上相关工作经验,具备大型上市企业从业经历或资本运作项目经验丰富者优先; 2、本科以上学历,法学类、财经类相关专业优先; 3、熟悉资本市场和上市监管政策及相关法律法规; 4、具备责任心,拥有良好的职业操守和敬业精神,合规/保密意识突出,有一定的工作承压能力。
