  • Analyze specific customer applications per dealer request.

Provide technical information and support to dealer/customer

  • Manage the pricing and availability of SPED & sales option codes. Manage the pricing and availability of special quoted items。
  • Conduct product training to sales/dealers
  • Provide on site assistance to Hyster dealers, and customers, as well as customer product presentation
  • Deliver sales tools to dealers/sales
  • Provide technical information to others within organization. Provide guidance to Order Entry, Service Engineering, and Hyster sales personnel in problem resolution.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above,Mechanical/Technical Engineering degree preferred; 2.3-5 years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in similar industry;
  • In-depth understanding of lift truck component systems;
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
