We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who implement DK brand quality requirements, ensure suppliers have good quality control SOP, ensure product quality stability.

Assignments
  • Transfer brand quality request to supplier;
  • Close communication with BS merchandiser, BSQC and AQC;
  • Implement BS manufacturers' technical audit if requested;
  • Review supplier/ manufacturers' SOP;
  • Review quality risk at sample development stage;
  • Offer support to suppliers when necessary (such as paper pattern, fabric consumption, shrinkage cross checking etc.);
  • Feedback QC findings to brand;
  • Random quality checking for running styles;
  • Follow up brand comments during production;
  • Supplier /Manufacturer /BSQC /AQC quality training;
  • Translate DK quality/technical manuals when necessary;
  • Evaluate supplier's quality performance.
Success criteria
  • Company's quality control requirements get followed properly;
  • Satisfaction from related DK brand;
  •  Maintain clear and reasonable quality control SOP from related suppliers, quality level get improvement continuously;
  • BS supplier and related QC/AQC get well training;
  • Acting as a good team player and colleague according to BESTSELLER's founding principles.
Requirements: 
  • Over 8 years of experience in garment quality control/assurance across multiple product categories.
  • Ability to handle quality issues independently and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Basic English proficiency is required, including the ability to read English documents and reply to emails in English; stronger English communication skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office is required
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with frequent domestic travel (around 50% of the time) and potential international trips when required.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and clear in communication with a sincere and collaborative working attitude
