About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer role performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products. This SWE performs software design — typically across multiple systems; mentors more-junior members of the team; and talks to users/customers and translates their requests into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, implement, deploy, and maintain features for NLP or AI-related projects

• Conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of products

• Make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices while focusing on performance and reliability

• Work with and support other teams within the business to ensure the integrated system meets quality standards

• Keep abreast of new technology developments

Requirements

• Have at least 5+ years of Software Engineering experiences as a team member or team mentor in a mid to large technical company

• Experience working with Python, and optional at least one other programming language such as Flask, Django, FastAPI , Golang, Java, SQL, etc.

• Experience of successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews, familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, Redis, Docker,K8S,AWS

• Good sense of software architecture design, application scaling, performance, and security.

• Solid verbal and written communication skills
