工作职责
1.负责制定奔腾品牌全系车型外饰造型发展战略
2.负责在公司整体战略下统领公司外饰造型设计,把控造型发展方向
3.负责进行奔腾品牌外饰造型家族基因的拓展和设计迭代的研究
4.负责协助造型首席构建造型开发体系和开发流程
5.负责提升奔腾品牌外饰造型成熟度,在造型品质、细节、精良性上全面提升
6.负责培养奔腾外饰造型队伍

任职要求
1.担任过世界一流车企造型业务外饰领军人物(或2年以上著名汽车造型设计公司外饰主设计师),在行业内享誉盛名,如果从事前瞻设计经验丰富最佳,比如国际著名车企在欧美的造型中心的相关岗位
2.15年以上汽车造型开发工作经历,至少2款明星车型的外饰设计经验,能够指导造型全流程工作
3.具备卓越的战略管理能力、团队领导能力、造型趋势分析能力,希望该人选能与目前团队打成一片,能够亲自完成创意的整合及调整、并指导队伍完成造型创意及全过程指导
4.本科及以上学历,能够用英文交流
5.有奥迪、奔驰、宝马背景的设计师优先。负责协助本部长或公司总经理,制定发展战略,参与经营管理与决策
