该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1.根据公司战略部署, 制定销售目标,提交销售计划方案,监督实施销售全过程,完成提高公司的市场占有率和销售量的任务;

  • 制定主要目标客户,主要目标市场的销售策略,与客户建立和维护必要的技术和商业关系,能同主要客户建立深度策略合作关系;
  • 建立维护最新的客户档案、活动报告和预测,每周更新客户拜访情况表和项目跟进表,向上级汇报工作进展;
  • 深度发掘客户,了解客户需求、竞争对手情况、搜集与分析市场信息,并做综合分析,做出短期和中长期市场策略以及行动计划,定期上报管理层,,确保与管理层的清晰沟通。
  • 培训销售人员,建设和管理高素质的营销团队,指导其完成公司计划、市场营销任务, 参与重点客户的订单和合同谈判,完成年度销售计划;
  • 同PM,SQM,FAE等的配合和协调, 管理项目design in进度,并完成design win,。
  • 维护公司及品牌利益,积极推广品牌,遵守公司规章制度;
  • 英语听说读写良好,可以日常工作交流。有第三种语言能力更好,如日语等; 9.一类本科以上的学历,专业不限,学习能力强. 新材料、 电子、市场营销、国际贸易等。 薪资待遇: 1,月薪15k/月起, 奖金丰厚, 具体面谈, 公司根据能力和贡献确定。 2,公司提供公平/有竞争力/前景广阔的平台及发展机会, 欢迎有志之士加入, 共同创造, 共谋发展。 3,工作地点: 深圳 或 南通.
