岗位职责

• 负责平台产品的整体设计和规划,包括用户界面(UI)和用户体验(UX)设计,确保产品在去信任化AI Agent协作场景下的易用性和安全性。
• 与开发团队协作,进行需求分析和产品迭代,定义产品功能、流程和交互逻辑,支持Agent与人类相互调用以及Agent间信用+通信协议的实现。
• 设计高保真原型和交互模型,优化平台连接开发者、企业和终端用户的生态系统,提升用户参与度和协作效率。
• 开展用户研究和市场调研,收集反馈并转化为产品改进方案,推动平台向全球智能生态系统的演进。
• 参与跨职能团队合作,协调设计与产品管理流程,确保项目按时交付并符合公司战略目标。
• 监控产品性能指标,提出优化建议,支持期权激励机制下团队的长期成长。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历,设计、计算机、人机交互或相关专业背景。
• 3年以上产品设计或产品经理经验,熟练掌握Figma、Adobe XD、Sketch等设计工具,以及产品管理工具如Jira、Notion或Trello。
• 具备产品经理思维,能独立进行需求挖掘、PRD撰写和产品路标规划,同时精通UI/UX设计原则和用户行为分析。
• 了解AI、区块链或分布式系统基础知识,对去信任化技术和Agent协作有兴趣或相关经验。
• 良好的沟通和团队协作能力,能用中文和英文流畅表达想法。
• 强烈的责任心和创新意识,适应创业环境,能够在快节奏中快速学习和迭代。

• 有AI Agent平台、协作工具或SaaS产品设计经验。
• 熟悉Web3或去中心化技术,了解信用协议或通信安全相关知识。

Pyra

We are developing a global trustless collaboration platform for humans and AI Agents, connecting developers, enterprises, and end-users to jointly build the next-generation intelligent ecosystem. Our platform stands out from existing Agent platforms in two key ways: first, it assumes by default that there is no trust relationship between Agents; second, it enables mutual invocation between Agents and humans. We have secured partnerships with data centers at the scale of tens of thousands of GPUs and will launch the next-generation Agent-to-Agent credit and communication protocol.

Product Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design and planning of the platform product, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring usability and security in trustless AI Agent collaboration scenarios.
• Collaborate with the development team on requirements analysis and product iteration, defining features, workflows, and interaction logic to support mutual calls between Agents and humans, as well as the Agent-to-Agent credit and communication protocol.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and interaction models to optimize the ecosystem connecting developers, enterprises, and end-users, enhancing engagement and collaboration efficiency.
• Conduct user research and market analysis, gather feedback, and translate it into product improvements to drive the platform's evolution into a global intelligent ecosystem.
• Participate in cross-functional team collaboration, coordinating design and product management processes to ensure on-time delivery aligned with company strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance metrics and propose optimization recommendations, supporting long-term team growth under the equity incentive program.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in product design or product management, proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and product management tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.
• Possess product manager mindset, capable of independently conducting requirements gathering, PRD writing, and product roadmap planning, while mastering UI/UX design principles and user behavior analysis.
• Basic knowledge of AI, blockchain, or distributed systems; interest or experience in trustless technologies and Agent collaboration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent in expressing ideas in both Chinese and English.
• High sense of responsibility and innovation, adaptable to a startup environment with fast-paced learning and iteration.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing AI Agent platforms, collaboration tools, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Web3 or decentralized technologies, knowledge of credit protocols or communication security.
• Involvement in global product projects or overseas work/study background.
• Portfolio showcasing complete cases from requirements to launch.
• Understanding of data centers or large-scale computing resources, providing design insights for platform scalability.
