In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Responsible for managing the logistics function in Southern China, delivering professional services to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee domestic transportation and external warehousing to enhance operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous process improvement through cross-functional collaboration, OTC, and digital solutions.

• Participate in projects, monitor KPIs to meet department targets, and supervise suppliers to improve performance.

• Conduct regular evaluations of 3PL suppliers for effective service.

• Develop logistics market insights and solutions while ensuring QMS, authority, and customs compliance.

• Manage logistics costs effectively.

• People and team development.

To succeed you must hold: 

• Bachelor or above degrees in supply chain, logistics, international trade or equivalent.

• More than 8 years of experience in import & export, domestics transportation, warehouse, freight forwarder fields, team management experience preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer oriented mindset and service.

• Good communication skills and have power of influence, good network relationship build up capabilities.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
