  • 负责天猫大贸旗舰店基础运营工作,包括店铺基础生意数字追踪与分析,确保数据的准确性和及时性;定期检查前端消费者购物链路各个环节,提升用户体验;保持日常与tp沟通,处理常规性对接事务
  • 协同TP团队输出店铺的基础页面和主图demo框架,确保页面设计符合品牌形象和消费者喜好;并持续优化页面布局和购物链路,以提升消费者的进店体验和转化率
  • 制定并执行店铺会员运营策略,包括拉新、复购和用户生命周期管理,有效提升店铺的人群资产
  • 负责店铺paidmedia管理,结合店铺货品策略、人群策略,制定有效推广策略,并与tp沟通优化推广计划,提高店铺的ROI
  • 协助管理海外店渠道的日常运营工作,与相关团队紧密配合,确保渠道的正常运转
