该职位来源于猎聘 任务和职责 1. 为用户提供应用程序支持(Forthshift 系统和其它系统) ; 2. 与业务部门(主要是工厂)密切合作,了解应用需求,并将其转化为符合系统标准的语言; 3. 编制开发和技术实施规范(如报表、表单、接口和集成等);按照与业务部门和其他利益相关者达成的一致意见配置系统; 5. 监控系统活动、界面和批处理工作,确保系统的适当使用; 6. 与ERP能力中心和项目团队密切合作,协调/支持技术实施工作; 7. 协助 IT 经理组织工作、评估解决方案设计、控制变更,并与其他业务分析师进行日常协调。 教育背景: 1. 统招本科或以上学历 2. 英语流利经验: 1. 了解工业/制造业业务流程; 2. 具有担任 IT 业务分析师的综合经验(>=5 年); 3. 具有ERP系统实际操作经验(Forthshift系统),有生产企业的经验,SAP PM/MM经验; 4. 熟悉一种数据库工具(SQL server 2019 更佳); 5. 熟悉报告工具(SQL Server Reporting service 更佳); 6. 与 IT 资源和业务用户互动所需的扎实沟通技能; 7. 必须能够领导、设计、实施和协调需要跨职能协作的工作。 Tasks and Responsibilities:Provide Application Support (Forthshift and other systems) to usersWork closely with business (mainly from manufacturing sites) to understand the application requirements, and translate them into functional requirements and technical requirements close to Enterprise Information systems standard and best practicesCompile specifications for development and technical implementation (e.g., reports, forms, interfaces & integration, etc.)Configure the system as agreed with Business and other stakeholdersMonitor system activities, interfaces and batch jobs, and ensure appropriate usage of the systemWork closely with ERP Competence Centers and Project Teams, to coordinate/support technical implementationAssist the IT Manager with organizing work, evaluating solution designs, controlling change and providing day-to-day coordination with other business analysts Education:Bachelor's degree or aboveFluent in English languageExperienceUnderstanding of industrial / manufacturing business processesConsolidated experience in the Business Analyst IT role (>=5 years)Hands on experience on ERP system (Forthshift is a plus)Familiar with one database tool (SQL server 2019 is a plus)Knowledge in reporting tool (SQL Server Reporting service is a plus)Solid communications skills required to interact with both IT resources as well as business usersMust be able to lead, design, implement and coordinate work that requires cross-functional collaboration
