You will assist in / 你會協助

Providing quality services including but not limited to ticketing & reservation services through telephone, emails and/or live chat透過電話、電郵及/或即時通訊(livechat)提供專業客戶服務,包括但不限於門票及預約服務Offering immediate assistances towards complaints及時處理投訴電話及個案Maintaining good relationship among customers/members與客戶維持良好關係

Working Location & Hours / 工作時間及地點

Sheung Wan (Nearby MTR station; 5-minute walk distance)上環(地鐵站5分鐘步行距離)Monday to Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm (5-day work, 8.5 working hours/day)星期一至日輪班上午9時至下午9時 (五天工作,每天8.5小時)

Your Portfolio / 你的履歷

HKDSE/HKCEE or aboveHKDSE/HKCEE 或以上學歷Fresh Graduates are also welcome; candidates with 1-year or above CS experience/ with Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or any related disciplines with is preferred歡迎應屆畢業生申請,具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗/曾就讀酒店管理或相關課程優先Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
