ASW Developer

 Key Tasks:

• Be responsible for function/SW development works of BMS/charging system/HV safety in region China
• Be responsible for integration of BMS/Charging system/HV system and further joint tasks
• Be responsible for function specifications for HV battery /Charging/HV safety
• Be responsible for BMS/Charging system/HV safety failure analysis
• Be responsible for efficient communication build-up between VCTC and joint-development partners.
• Competitor benchmark and cost analysis on top cost sensitive components to ensure the competitiveness in China Market.
• Be responsible for supervision and coordination of vendor-development work and benchmarking of competitor products especially for system, sub-component and function level

Qualification and skills required for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electronic technology or related majors
• 5+ year working experience in BMS/charging system/HV safety function development area
• Familiar with KPM and failure analysis
• Certificate with EFffT, EFK
• Good knowledge of BMS/Charging system integration
• Good knowledge of BMS/Charging function development
• Good knowledge and experience with HV battery/HV-Charging system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills -Matlab, Simulink skills are preferred.
