招聘岗位: 管事部经理

岗位职责:

-  监督管事部门每日的运营;负责维护整个食品服务区的卫生状况; 控制储藏室的发货及分发瓷器,银器和玻璃器皿;  
-  遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及香格里拉食品卫生安全管理体系标准和当地的规章制度;
-  负责工作场地及所有餐具的清洁、卫生;
-  管理废品的清除,厨房的清洁工作,接收和存储厨房物品的管理工作;
-  协助餐饮总监和行政总厨设定管事部的目标和制定策略,程序和规定;  
-  按照香格里拉酒店集团的纲要制定培训材料,为管事部员工和餐饮部其它员工执行培训;

岗位要求:

-  相关工作经验3年或以上;
-  广泛的知识包括厨房/清洁设备和能够培训员工;
-  具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力;

We are looking for Stewarding Manager

As Stewarding Manager, we rely on you to

-  Supervise the daily operation of the steward Department, maintain the sanitary condition of the whole food service area, control the delivery of the storeroom and distribute porcelain, silverware and glassware;  
-  Comply with local health and safety regulations, or other applicable regulations, as well as Shangri-La's Food hygiene and safety management system standards and local regulations;
-  Be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the working space and all tableware;
-  Manage waste removal, kitchen cleaning work, receiving and storing kitchen items management work;
-  Assist food and beverage Director and Executive Chef to set the objectives and strategies, procedures and regulations of the Steward Department;  
-  Develop training materials in accordance with the Shangri-La hotel Group's outline, and conduct training for staff and other staff in the catering department;

We are looking for someone who:

-  At least 3 years work experiences in the same position;
-  Wide range of knowledge including kitchen/cleaning equipment and ability to train staff;
-  Have the ability of organization and coordination, adaptability, management ability, writing ability and information management ability;
