Partner with the best

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Develops an operational annual plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Establishing training system to operators (training/qualification material package preparation, as a trainer to qualify EE.)

· Overseeing production efficiency and FPY improvement by process optimization and tooling/fixture upgraded.

· Leading to drive process lean/efficiency improvement and manufacturing issue trouble shoot.

· Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.

· Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Choosing the right actions.

· Developing improvements of internal products, procedures and process to adapt to changes and to improve performance and quality.

· Leading and supporting projects to provide technical leadership for requirements, specifications, production and successful delivery.

· Implementing the processes and procedures updated by other functions

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor with solid, demonstrable experience in Manufacturing

· Show good experience of working in a Production Process and Equipment environment

· Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a global-matrix environment to deliver multiple, successful customer projects.

· Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions

· Have a low voltage electrical certificate
