Overview Of The Job
- The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts, as well as product sell-in to retailers. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nike's vision and drive sustainable growth.
- Focus on Sportswear Apparel.
Reporting Line
- Direct report to Manager, Merchandising, NSP Sportswear Apparel GC
Key Partnership

Job Responsibility
- Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way.
- Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc.
- Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.
- Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.
- Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.
- Coordinate cross Sport assigned project process and deliverables.
Functional Skill Required (Hard Skills)

- Merchandising / buying experience in retail industry
