Job Description

  • 带领团队合规且高效地执行公司的策略和方针,制定区域内行动策略,领导团队明确行动方向及方案。带领团队完成既定目标
  • 打造一支稳定且高效的团队,通过完善的绩效管理手段及培训强化,发展团队成员;
  • 带领团队卓越达成各项行为KPI, 包括但不限于客户拜访,活动执行,完成培训并通过考核等。并始终秉持最高合规标准,打造一支符合公司文化及要求的团队。
  • 辅导等工作,运用多种方法辅导提升各项技能;并协助团队开展跨部门交流,确保高效协作。/高质量完成协访
  • 带领团队高效高质量组织或执行各项学术活动,充分传递产品学术信息,建立品牌形象。

Qualifications/任职要求

  • 本科以上学历,专业不限(特殊产品需要医药背景);
  • 3年以上的团队管理经验;肺癌领域经验优先。八年以上销售工作经验,优秀的销售业绩,
  • 熟练使用办公操作软件;
  • 专业的形象展示和很强的说服沟通能力;
  • 优秀的团队管理能力。
  • 高合规意识及高执行能力。
  • (公司实施试用期考核制度,员工应按照公司的要求完成各项新员工入职培训和考核,包括在中国外商投资企业协会药品研制和开发行业委员会("RDPAC")提供的MRC测试中取得80分或80分以上的成绩;该等条件和要求属于员工应满足的录用条件,如未能按照公司要求完成该等入职培训和考核,将视为试用期内不符合录用条件。
