Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and fluent English-speaking Talent Development Expert to focus on our overseas workforce. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing talent development programs for our employees in global regions. Your core mission is to ensure our international talents receive exceptional learning experiences, clear career pathways, and continuous capability building to support the company's rapid growth and business objectives in global markets. You will act as a strategic bridge between HQ and regional teams, fostering a high-performing, engaging, and culturally intelligent organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development Framework:

  • Design and implement overseas leadership development, professional skill enhancement, and onboarding programs tailored to the specific business needs and cultural contexts of overseas markets.
  • Establish and manage processes for identifying, assessing, and accelerating the growth of key talent within international teams, building a robust pipeline.

End-to-End Program Management:

  • Lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of full-cycle training programs in English.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and facilitators in target regions to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Curate and maintain digital learning platforms and knowledge repositories to promote a self-directed learning culture among global employees.

Career & Performance Enablement:

  • Partner closely with overseas business leaders and HR Business Partners to integrate development plans into the performance management cycle.
  • Provide career coaching and consulting support to employees and managers, facilitating individual growth planning.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and regional teams for all talent development initiatives, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across different regions to build an inclusive and collaborative global culture.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key talent development metrics (e.g., participation, effectiveness, impact on retention) for overseas programs. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Must be able to conduct business communication, deliver training, and create materials fluently and effectively in a cross-cultural context.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a closely related HR field.
  • Solid expertise in training needs analysis, instructional design, and learning evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong self-motivation, project management, and multitasking abilities.
