  • Education:Currently pursuing a Master's degree;
  • Major: Not strictly limited, but backgrounds in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other quantitative fields are preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and verbal), capable of reading technical documentation and conducting business communication in English fluently. Technical Skills
  • SQL: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, ETL processes, and data cleaning independently.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with and experience using Power BI (or other major tools like Tableau/Looker Studio) to create data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Analysis Experience: Demonstrated previous experience in data analysis projects (e.g., course projects, research, previous internships, or organizational projects).
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python/R), and a basic understanding of common data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning algorithms. Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst Intern, your main responsibilities will include: Data Extraction & Processing: Use SQL and other tools to extract, clean, and organize necessary data from databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Data Analysis & Insights: Independently or collaboratively conduct daily monitoring and deep-dive analysis on business data, including but not limited to user behavior, operational efficiency, and marketing campaign performance. Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Design and build clear data visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to intuitively present business performance and analysis results. Report Documentation: Draft well-structured and logical data analysis reports and present findings to the team in professional English or Chinese. Support Business Decisions: Assist business teams in understanding data implications and provide data-backed suggestions and feasible recommendations to optimize products or improve operational efficiency.
