We are seeking a Sales Director in driving revenue growth and market expansion in Shanghai. You will join SoftwareOne's Sales Leadership team, which plays a critical role in shaping strategy, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you'll serve as a strategic partner to your customers—guiding them through their digital transformation journey and accelerating cloud adoption. In this role, you'll build strong, trusted relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and execute local sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Drive annual planning, budgeting, and performance management.
- Act as a role model in sales by managing key accounts and supporting new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign impact and brand visibility.
- Ensure cost control and process optimization for sustainable growth.
- Maintain strong communication with regional leadership and participate in leadership forums.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes engagement and team success.
- Proven leadership experience in sales within the technology or software industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
