Your key responsibilities:

• Serve as a supporting staff within the IM team on daily operational routine

• Execute orders according to client's instruction

• Jointly with Relationship Managers and IMs, serve clients across defined portfolios, and ensure their overall suitability and appropriateness

• Support Investment Managers in their marketing efforts; Prepare presentations and other pitching materials where relevant

• Cover other IM Team members (mutually)

• Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines; Observe all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct

Your skills and experience:

• More than 2 years' working experience, preferably in financial industry with reputable financial institutions

• Basic knowledge in capital market products and activities

• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

• Hard-working, detailed and self-driven

• Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills

• Professional integrity
