  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for product development, process optimization, and strategic initiatives within the BU.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, etc.) and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to BU leadership and global stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in project management and contribute to process improvements across the BU. Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in industrial automation, electrical components, or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Fluent in English
