该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述Job description: 1.参与新项目评审,准确了解顾客新项目产品技术需求,根据项目计划要求制定模具设计规范,与项目组相关人员确认后进行并按时完成模具设计。

Participate in new project reviews, accurately understand customer technical requirements for new project products, develop mold design specifications according to project plan requirements, confirm with relevant personnel of the project team, and complete mold design on time. 2.负责模具零件的详细图纸,BOM,与模具制造和外发加工人员一起制定模具零部件的加工工艺. Responsible for detailed drawings and BOM of mold parts, and working with mold manufacturing and outsourcing personnel to develop the machining process for mold parts. 3.负责新产品的前期分析(包含缩水分析,DFM和模流分析报告) Responsible for the preliminary analysis of new products (including shrinkage analysis, DFM, and mold flow analysis reports) 4. 组织内部和供应商的模具设计评审,跟踪内部和供应商处模具的制造,按项目要求严格控制模具的进度,质量和成本. Organize internal and supplier mold design reviews, track internal and supplier mold manufacturing, and strictly control mold progress, quality, and cost according to project requirements. 5.积极深入模具加工车间,了解模具加工过程中可能发现的材料选择、设计及加工问题,并迅速予以解决.。 Go deep into the mold processing workshop to understand the material selection, design, and processing issues that may be discovered during the mold processing process, and quickly resolve them. 6.负责组织模具设计过程及模具设计的不断优化,协助内部模具开发过程能力的不断提升。 Organize the mold design process and the continuous optimization of mold design, and assist in the continuous improvement of internal mold development Process capability. Qualification 任职资格: 1.机械、模具相关专业大专以上学历,有5年以上精密注塑模具设计、制造经验。 College degree or above, major in mechanical, mold, more than 5+ years experiences in high precision plastic injection mold design and manufacturing. 2.熟悉并能熟练使用NX、CAD等设计软件。 Good understanding of and skilled in design software like NX, CAD software. 3.有一定的英语基础,了解质量管理体系基本要求。 Good command of English, and understand the basic requirements of quality management system. 4.组织、沟通、协调能力强,认真负责。 Strong ability of organization, communication and coordination, conscientious and responsible.
