我们正在为一所上海的学校招聘双语语言与文学老师,到岗时间为2025年8月。

岗位职责

  • 根据IBDP教学大纲和学生实际情况,制定合理的语言与文学教学计划,确保教学质量
  • 认真备课,准备教案,按照教学计划完成教学任务
  • 关心学生的学习状况,及时了解学生的学习困难,提供必要的辅导和帮助
  • 积极参与教研活动,与同事交流教学经验,共同提高教学水平
  • 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作,对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
  • 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况,反馈学生在校表现,促进家校合作
  • 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

任职要求

  • 本科及以上语言与文学相关专业
  • 具有语言与文学教学经验者优先
  • 教师资格证
  • 良好的交流能力,中英文流利

薪资福利

  • 月薪12-24k
  • 带薪寒暑假

Job responsibilities

  • Teach the subject of English and Literature to secondary school students utilizing the IBDP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in the English and Literature subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years teaching experience in English and Literature
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Salary and benefits

  • Monthly salary is 12,000 to 24,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
