该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 职位描述/Position Description: 负责新能源产品研发、母公司成熟产品导入及车型改款工作中的车身附件相关研发工作; Responsible for the research and development activities of body accessory products for new energy product, parent company introduced vehicle and vehicle facelift. 主要职责/Major Responsibility:

• 根据商品性目标输入,通过对标分析完成产品设计构想。 Finish produce design concept by benchmark after get commodity target input.
• 制作产品技术方案,对成本和重量进行设计优化,完成相关工程可行性分析; Make technical proposal, optimize cost and weight in design phase, finish related engineering feasibility analysis.
• 负责汽车车身附件零部件的方案设计和发布,并绘制和改进零部件的工程图。 Responsible for the scheme design and release of body accessory parts, and make engineering drawing .
• 完成新车型产品开发工作,包括RFQ整理发放、工程澄清、潜在供应商工程能力评估、选点活动支持、产品数据发放、工程变更、零件材料系统申报等。 Finish the parts development, such like RFQ package releasing、engineering clarification、assess the engineering capability of potential supplier、sourcing support、engineering data releasing、engineering change、CAMDS declare, etc.
• 按照APQP流程完成选点后零件的研发,支持各投产节点,解决相关设计质量问题,按时完成PSW签署,保证量产初期质量稳定性; Accord to APQP flow, finish the products' development, support every launch phase, solve related design& quality issues, sign off the PSW base on timing plan, to assure the quality of initial mass production.
• 处理工程变更相关工作(SREA、FFR、PCN、ECN),并按时完成PSW更新; Deal with product engineering change relevant activities,such as SREA, FFR, PCN, ECN, and update the PSW on time.
• 负责车身附件零部件产品的设计、研发、国产化及认证管理工作并在过程中关注安环相关内容。 Responsible for the design, developments, localization , certification and management of body accessory parts. Pay attention to relevant contents of safety environment during the process.
• 负责零部件全生命周期内网络安全及软件升级事项管理,包括供应商管理、研发、运维及报废等阶段的跟踪和支持; Be responsible for the management of cyber security and software update throughout the entire lifecycle of products, including supplier management, tracking and support during stages such as research and development, operation and maintenance, and scrapping;
• 按照公司及部门目标,开展零件的降本相关工作。 Carry out cost reduction related work for BIW parts in accordance with company and department goals.
• 支持并完成整车、零部件总成的国家法规验收及申报工作。 To support and fulfill vehicle/system homologation audit and declare.
• 支持并完成整车及相关总成的持续改进、提高工作。 To fulfill vehicle and system improve.
• 牵头解决售后市场潜在的设计问题。 Lead the resolving of potential design issue from market.
• 进行经验教训总结,完善设计指导书,产品规范要求、工程检查清单等。 Make L&L, improve design guide line, product specification requirement, engineering check list .etc.
• 支持完成现有车型的改款研发工作。 To support and fulfill the development of the IPM, ICA, MCA vehicle.
• 协助产品研发主管的工作。 To assist PD supervisor activities. 任职要求: 任职条件/Qualification:
• 汽车工程/机械/电子/自动化/化工/材料等相关专业,全日制本科及以上学历; Major in Automotive Engineering/Mechanism/Electronics/Chemistry/Materials, etc. Bachelor and above;
• 具有汽车产品或制造行业相关工作经历5年以上; At least 5 years work experiences of Automobile product or manufacturing;
• 熟悉汽车产品开发经验优先; Experience of vehicle development will be a plus;
• 沟通协调能力较强; Good communication and coordination skills;
• 英文CET4级以上,同时懂日语优先。 English CET4 and above,Japanese speaker is preferred.
